This historic building fronting on Hollywood Boulevard, is being reconstructed. The 1917 structure was distressed as a result of differential settlement of the foundations and ground shaking from the 1994 Northridge earthquake. The unreinforced masonry building will be brought into conformance with modern seismic and foundation code requirements.
