A new wine storage cave in the foothills of
the Santa Monica Mountains, Bel Air, California. The project was
constructed by Bacchus Caves of Napa, California. The cave allows
wine storage on the vineyard property. The use of underground
excavations for storage and other purposes may be the wave of
the future for hillside properties in Los Angeles.
